Maria Fernanda Rezende

Lawyer. Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Sciences from the University of Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal. Currently, she holds a Senior Lawyer position at the office of Pedro Calmon Filho & Associados in Rio de Janeiro/RJ. With work experience representing both national and international clients, her practice focuses on Maritime Law and Corporate Labor Law. This includes monitoring legal processes, drafting legal documents, contracts, and legal opinions, providing consultancy services to companies, advising on corporate governance policies and compliance, attending hearings, and engaging in oral advocacy in court proceedings.
